“I want to look good and feel great.”What clients ask for first
Get In TouchThe part nobody says out loud
Your training camp starts now — game day is coming either way.
You've been meaning to start for months.
The membership card is in your wallet. The shoes are by the door. Every Monday you say next Monday, and the months keep turning anyway.
The gym feels like everyone is watching.
Every beginner knows that feeling. Everybody looks like they already belong. You don't need to belong yet. You need to show up.
Work, kids, life. The plan keeps slipping.
You're not lazy. You're busy — and busy people keep getting handed plans built for people with nothing else going on. That's not a you problem. That's a plan problem.
The mirror and the energy don't lie.
You feel it in the stairs, in your back, in your patience. Carrying extra weight is heavy before anybody says a word about it.
How I coach
Strength first. Everything else follows.
The way I coach is strength and powerlifting style. If you want to get stronger, or just look great physically, I'll get you there with weight lifting, calisthenics, and cardio.
- Weights
Barbell work built around the squat, bench, and deadlift. Progressive, measured, and matched to where your body actually is today.
- Calisthenics
Push-ups, pull-ups, core work. Your body is the first gym you ever own — we make it the most reliable one.
- Cardio
Conditioning that supports the strength work. Enough to build your engine, never so much it eats your recovery.
- The difference
I talk to my clients as if we are friends and family. And I refuse to give up on a client just because they're not taking it as serious as I am.
Be my next success story
I'm building my founding roster right now.
Before this was a business, it was my mom and a couple friends asking me to train them — and watching what a few weeks of real training did to their strength and endurance. That's the kind of attention founding clients get.
Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones.
Get In TouchWhat you're actually signing up for
Look good. Feel great. Stay in the game.
Look good
Strong shoulders, a solid back, clothes that fit the body you actually have. The look comes from the lifting, not from hiding.
Feel great
Energy for your kids, your job, your day. Most people feel the change before they see it in the mirror.
Stay consistent
Programs built in seasons, not streaks. Off weeks are part of the plan, so one bad week never ends the whole thing.
How it works
Training camp starts the week you say yes.
Pre-season
We talk, set your base, and learn the lifts. Light weight, clean reps, zero ego.
In-season
The work weeks. We add weight slowly and chase one more rep, not ten more.
Off-season
Life happens. We hold the wins, adjust the plan, and line up the next block.

About
I don't talk like your trainer. I talk like family.
I got into training at 25, reading bodybuilding books between sets. My mom and a couple friends asked me to train them, and I never looked back. Eight years later, Detroit is still where I coach.
Meet MoeStraight answers
The questions beginners actually ask.
01.Am I strong enough to start?
Nobody starts strong — that's what starting is for. Your first weeks are pre-season: light weights, clean reps, a coach watching every set. Strength is built, not required.
02.Will I get hurt?
Beginners don't get hurt lifting too little. They get hurt rushing. We earn every pound on the bar before we add the next one.
03.Do I need to compete?
Never. Powerlifting is my style of coaching, not your homework. If you want to compete one day, I'll get you there. If you just want to look good and feel great, that's the whole plan.
Life happens. Start anyway.
Ready when you are.
